CARE

- Garments should be hand washed with mild detergent in cold water and hung to dry.

SHIPPING

- All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) for your item(s) to be delivered.

* For all international orders, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery.*

- Once items are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my item(s)?
- Exchanges are not offered. Majority of the items are made to order, custom, and one of a kind. Therefore, exchanges are not offered. 

Can I get a refund for my order?  
- All refund requests must be emailed and approved.
Depending on the situation, a refund may be offered if the request is approved. Please note approval is not guaranteed. 

CHRISTINA'S LANE, is not responsible for any losted items, if you're package states that it was delivered and you have not received it. Please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number provided to you.

If an order is placed after 2pm or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your item(s) will be shipped the following business day.
